3 Things You MUST Bring to the Gym

When you’re in a time crunch and you know you only have a small window to tap into the gains, these are the three things I always have ready to go with me at a moments notice:

  1. Headphones

If you don’t have that sweet, sweet sound of Arms Wide Open by Creed pumping through your head, how do you plan on crushing those last few reps? You’ve got to have your headphones with you whenever you go to the gym. If you are already rushed you probably need the extra boost to get your workout done in the limited time you have.

2. Swim Suit


You won’t always have the time to take a dip in the pool but if you do, you always want to have your trunks ready to go. Whether you want to be bold with a speedo or not, you need to bring something for the water!


3. Whey Protein 


If you aren’t recovering, you aren’t gaining. It’s as simple as that.  Don’t waste your workout, always grab your protein on the way out the door.
